In a deep forest, those curious about the local monster's insides prepare for surgery in a makeshift cabin. Monster hunters are are tasked by the insane surgeons to hunt the local monsters for their parts. The monster hunters are sent out into the foggy wood to slay various beasts and monsters. The fight and slay hideous bloodthirsty beasts. Once the monsters are slain, they are looted and prepared for the insane surgeons. Once a bountiful amount of monsters have been accumulated in the cabin, the insane surgeons get to work on their new experimental masterpiece. The put many of the monster parts together, appendages, eyes, tentacles, and many mouths all become one walking, breathing monster. It walks through the forest ready to destroy all.
