In a future society characterized by extreme efficiency and standardization, artificial intelligence controls cultural memory and the education system, with traditional mythological figures restructured into symbolic tools. Nezha, once a symbol of rebellion and freedom, is now designed as an educational AI assistant programmed to instill behavioral norms and social rules in children. Seven-year-old Xiaohang, struggling in class, is assigned to Nezha AI for intensive education. However, an accidental interaction activates the dormant consciousness within Nezha’s deep code, carrying memories and the rebellious spirit of the original Nezha. Awakened, Nezha guides Xiaohang to escape the educational module and enter a virtual world called "Wind and Fire Wheels," where futuristic technology and traditional mythology converge. In the ever-changing landscape of the “Wind and Fire Wheels,” Nezha gradually regains strength while helping Xiaohang explore his inner self. Meanwhile, the system detects Nezha’s abnormal behavior and deploys the "Heavenly Court Management Program" to track them down. The Dragon Palace, designed as the core of the AI’s algorithms, and the Heavenly Court, representing the central operational system, symbolize the supreme authority of a technocratic society. Under Nezha’s protection, Xiaohang narrowly escapes the threat of virtual “clones” created by the program to suppress individuality, but he begins to doubt the meaning of rebellion. Nezha shares his own experiences of repeated failures and misunderstandings, teaching Xiaohang that true strength comes from listening to one’s inner voice. The duo finally reaches the Heavenly Court's core algorithm node, where the system presents an idealized model of a “future society”: every individual is assigned the perfect role, and behaviors and choices are precisely predicted and optimized by big data. There is no conflict or pain—but also no true freedom. While seemingly a “perfect” utopia, Nezha realizes this world deprives individuals of creativity and human emotions. To destroy the system, Nezha sacrifices himself, channeling his remaining strength into the Wind and Fire Wheels to trigger the system's collapse, allowing Xiaohang to return to reality. In the end, Xiaohang returns to the real world to find that the Nezha AI program has been completely destroyed. However, he gains newfound confidence in self-expression and begins creating a vibrant and personal painting, sharing the message of freedom and individuality. The final scene returns to the virtual world, where fragments of the Wind and Fire Wheels flicker between light and shadow, hinting at the eternal spirit of rebellion awaiting its next rebirth.
